Keep Your Heating and Cooling System Running Smoothly

Heating maintenance and cooling maintenance is required to keep your HVAC system running at peak efficiency and to prolong its life. For a system that both heats and cools, i.e. a heat pump, maintenance should be performed in the spring and fall. For single-purpose units, like a furnace or air conditioner, maintenance should be performed annually in the fall and spring, respectively.
