Black Lion installed a new heat pump for us recently and we can't be happier with their work! The crew arrived early and was able to complete the installation in a single day. They left the work area clean after they were done and made sure we were informed of what they did and how to use the new system.
A couple days later we noticed that there seemed to be a rumble coming from the unit that was reverberating through the house. After mentioning this to Black Lion they quickly had a tech come out to investigate and remedy the matter free of charge. We'll certainly use them again for future HVAC and electrical needs.

Jesus came to fix the igniter of my fireplace. He was super efficient in the repair, and very helpful in answering my questions about the fireplace. Wonderful service!

Taylor B serviced my A/C and furnace a few days ago and replaced my make-up air damper actuator today. I was highly impressed with his professionalism—he was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the service and his observations. When he discovered the actuator part had been returned, he went out of his way to get a new, unopened replacement without hesitation, earning my trust through his dedication and cheerful attitude.

Taylor worked on the annual check for the HVAC. We are new to the area and have never used a heat pump system. He explained everything and answered many questions we had. Very thorough and documented all the services he provided and went over it all with us. Highly recommend!

He has the best notes, very polite, can answer any question you might have, and updates you as he goes along.

Taylor came out and did a diagnostics test with our heat pump that was having issues. He was thorough, professional and explained every step of the procedure.
