Taylor at Black Lion did an excellent job with my HVAC maintenance. He was on time, professional, and exceptionally thorough throughout the entire process. He clearly explained what he was doing, walked me through everything step by step, and made sure all of my questions were answered.

Great company and team, I have been using them for years. It took us a while to figure out an issue with incorrectly installed dual-zone furnace (by contractor), but the team has never given up and finished the job. Also, BL performs all the HVAC and tankless maintenance, very diligent.

Taylor is the best tech. Very thorough, explains everything, nice guy.

We had a problem with a couple of breakers tripping with no heavy draw. Black Lion replaced the troublesome breakers at a very reasonable price and would return at no additional cost if the problem persisted!

They were able to provide an appointment for maintenance on my heat pump pretty quickly. Their pricing was better than other companies that I checked with. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable and found a way to save me some money. My only complaint would be that they send to many reminders about your upcoming appointment by using text, phone and email.

The service rep was very clear in his description of work completed and any problems found.

Taylor, our technician, was courteous and quick. At the end, he explained everything that was done, offered suggestions, and showed pictures of what was done for the maintenance of the furnace and heat pump. It was a good experience and would be glad to have him come do the maintenance next year!

Came in and gave a simple resolution as opposed to other folks who spoke about replacing the entire unit etc saved me thousands in that context

I've been having Black Lion come out for servicing on my furnace and AC for 10 years now after they installed it. They are great and the tech who came out this year, Taylor Braunworth, was amazing. He went through everything in detail and explained what was needed, why and what was optional. Keeping people like this on your crew is critical.

What an amazing team at Black Lion. From Greg giving us a quotation and talking about what best would suit our A/C needs, to Jaime and his team installing the ductless system. We had to contact the office for a minor issue and it was dealt with immediately and someone to fix the problem was at our house within 1 hour. Superb service on all ends. Thank you!
