Today, Cole came out to service my furnace and AC unit. He was on time, had great communication and fast service. Thank you!

I've been using Black Lion, since 2017. After the recent storm and power outage our furnace went out. Unfortunately, this happened on a Friday night. I called them on Saturday and didn't hear back, so I called Chance who helped us install our electrical panel. He informed me the office was closed which I didn't realize. He was off that day and called his GM and he called several technicians who were off, but no one was available. Chance went above beyond to help me even though it wasn't his area of expertise. Black Lion reached out via email with an appointment for Monday. Jesus came out and diagnosed the issue. He took pictures and thoroughly explained what was happening. He ordered the part and came back the next day to repair our furnace.
I have also reached out to Angel via phone and email and he is always responsive and helpful.

Just had another annual service for the furnace and air conditioning systems. Taylor B. performed the work thoroughly and efficiently, demonstrating the highest professional standards not always found today. Throughout the process, Taylor answered any questions I had and explained whether there were potential technical issues that could come up later. Overall, this was a totally positive experience.

Jesus is an exceptional service technician. He phoned ahead and arrived on time. Jesus explained the entire gas fireplace service process. He is very friendly, courteous and efficient. He assured me that the fireplace is in good working order and just needed a good cleaning and glow embers replaced for optimal gas circulation. He prepared the floor area with a large mat. He showed me how to properly removed the door and glass cover. He’s the best! Price is fair for the service.

Jesus did an outstanding job repairing the fireplace. He cleaned it inside and outside and cleaned the glass front plate. Amazing quality service and a friendly personality. Extremely satisfied with the service provided.
