The most valuable thing in a review, to me, is not whether a company is perfect, but how they handle a mistake when one happens. I originally left a 1-star review because of a problem with my electronic air cleaner. Since then, Black Lion took responsibility, corrected the issue fairly, and made things right. Because of that, I have amended my review to 5 stars. I have been a Black Lion customer for over a decade, and this experience reminded me why that matters. Mistakes can happen, but standing behind the customer is what earns trust. Black Lion did that here, and I appreciate it.

From the start with Tony, our sales rep, to the installation team with Jamie and his work partner and the electrician, sorry I can’t recall their names. They all were very professional and the installation went smoothly. Out with the old and in with the new. One day with no problems.

Taylor was very professional and personable. Very thorough with explanations of everything he was doing. Definitely would use him again!

FY26 - Matt came and serviced our AC and HVAC. He was very detailed and explained the maintenance results to me, ensuring I understood the state of our system. He communicates well and was a pleasure to work with.

Who came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it and he was great. We were on the verge of him to order a whole new unit, and he found the hard wiring that was disconnected in a very tricky spot to find.
