I've been having Black Lion come out for servicing on my furnace and AC for 10 years now after they installed it. They are great and the tech who came out this year, Taylor Braunworth, was amazing. He went through everything in detail and explained what was needed, why and what was optional. Keeping people like this on your crew is critical.

What an amazing team at Black Lion. From Greg giving us a quotation and talking about what best would suit our A/C needs, to Jaime and his team installing the ductless system. We had to contact the office for a minor issue and it was dealt with immediately and someone to fix the problem was at our house within 1 hour. Superb service on all ends. Thank you!

Called Black Lion since our AC quit, Jesus arrived within 2 days and refilled the coolant and found out where the leak was likely coming from. The AC failed again 4 weeks later, Sam in the office was able to rearrange Jesus schedule to get him out again within two days to work on finding the assumed leak using high pressure testing. She even called me to follow up on her sick day to ensure things were being handled out of the office. When Jesus arrived the 2nd time it turned out to be a bad capacitor, not a coolant leak. Jesus was professional, courteous, and open to walking me through every step of the diagnosis and repair. I plan to continue to use Black Lion in the future.

Always great service and very informative

We have had BlackLion care for our HVAC system for 9 years now. Always professional and trustworthy. We also have an annual maintenance contract with them. They installed central AC in our townhouse several years ago and it is perfect. Highly recommend.

After years of melting through Seattle summers, we finally pulled the trigger on a new Mitsubishi heat pump and ductless unit with Black Lion. We couldn't be happier with the result! Tony handled our initial consultation, and he was incredible. He treats every house like his own—and as a retired firefighter, you instantly know your home is in safe hands. The best part? The first quote we got from another company (who I won't name) was insanely high. Black Lion came through with a price that was 42% lower. Talk about chilling out our budget! 💸The installation crew was fantastic—friendly, careful, and thorough from start to finish. Pro-tip: If you love your Ecobee thermostat like we did, just note that the new Mitsubishi setup requires its own proprietary thermostat instead. Not a huge deal (the ductless unit has a great app on your phone anyway), but handy to keep in mind. Huge thanks to the whole team at Black Lion. Highly recommend them if you want to keep your cool all summer long! ❄️

Taylor went above and beyond the call of duty. He diagnosed the problem and took care of what needed to be done, thereby saving us about $5500 that the ”other” guy was going to charge us, and he did all of this with a smile. He even lent us some space heaters to keep us warm while our furnace was out. He was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and we would not hesitate to call on Taylor and Black Lion again.
