Taylor did a fabulous job! He was on time, courteous, and very thorough with his work. He fully inspected my heating system and gave me valuable information on how I can improve the heating of my 100+ year old home, with no high pressure sales at all. I completely trust his expertise and he made me feel truly valued. Black Lion has provided me with excellent service for many years. Highly recommend!

Been working with black lion for years. Always satisfied and feel like they cover everything in a friendly and concise way. They always give me tips and suggestions that are useful and selling me something I dont need.

Brock was efficient and thorough. He was pleasant to work with and made me aware of the system checks he made as he did them and the results of the checks. This was the annual service for system check, cleanup and repair as needed. Hopefully, the annual service keeps my unit in good shape to prevent emergency service and to prolong the life of the unit.

I've been a customer since 2018 when I had a new heater installed and then signed up for the annual maintenance plan. Over the years, my experience with Black Lion techs has been mixed. Not terrible, just that some were very good while others didn't seem as experienced. But the tech for this year's maintenance appointment, Taylor B, was the best I've worked with so far. He's knowledgeable, communicative, thorough, proactive, and friendly. If I'm able to request a specific tech in the future, he would be my choice.
