Cole was very friendly and quickly serviced my heater. I am all ready for next winter.

I have worked with Black Lion for about 6 years now, and Matt Lewis has been the technician to come and provide our annual maintenance for the last two year. I can’t speak highly enough of Black Lion or Matt. They are incredibly professional and respectful. Matt worked very hard at our home, closed the door gently when coming in and out while our son was napping, and answered every single question I asked about our system’s performance and how long we could expect our current system to last. They have earned a lifetime of loyalty from me and my family!

Our technician, Cole, did a great job diagnosing and fixing our AC that wasn’t cooling. He was friendly and professional.

These guys are always on time, professional and kind. Cole had a tough roof job and had no issues completing it and doing it with a smile. I appreciate that they always test that things work before they leave.

Came in less than a week for our broken AC They were efficient and very clear on instructions. I like that they will come back out for free if anything else breaks. Just in case they didn't catch a problem when they were here. That was reassuring.

Overall I've had good experience with Black Lion for the furnace and heat pump install 6? years ago and yearly maintenance, but the last person; Taylor was particularly good. Just another yearly maintenance to ensure all is good, but he was very nice, explained what he was going to do before he started and everything at the end.

We have had BlackLion care for our HVAC system for 9 years now. Always professional and trustworthy. We also have an annual maintenance contract with them. They installed central AC in our townhouse several years ago and it is perfect. Highly recommend.

Jesus did a great job taking care of our failed AC and it was a pleasure to have him at our home. We have had nothing but success working with Black lion for all of our electrical and HVAC needs. Highly recommend this company.

Gregg and his team went above and beyond and did a wonderful installation in my townhouse. Quick service precision to detail and were able to accommodate my job hastily. If I ever need to install another heat pump/AC system I would return.

Black Lion installed our new A/C at the start of the summer. Worked great all summer. And when I discovered some minor maintenance that needed to be done, they promptly came out and did it. We're very satisfied customers.
