We had a great experience with Black Lion Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical. From the initial walk through with Tony through the installation - all aspects Black Lion was professional, kind, courteous, and they did a phenomenal job. The technicians (Jaime was great) communicated throughout the day, were respectful of our home, and stayed until all systems were checked and working properly. I was thoroughly impressed and the price was very fair too. I highly recommend Black Lion Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical! Great company to do business with.

Excellent service. Diagnosed the issue right away and had the component available to fix it without a return trip. Then performed annual maintenance. Friendly and respectful of property.

Black Lion’s HVAC technician Cole came to replace a faulty sensor on my heat pump. He worked efficiently, reset my thermostat accordingly, and was courteous throughout the visit.

Everything went well with the appointment today! Jesus was on time and professional in every aspect of the visit. He took care of everything with our HVAC systems and I was happy to see that he took pictures of our systems up in the attic and explained what everything was and the work he performed. Overall I give Jesus a 5/5 stars and would appreciate him coming back again for our annual maintenance and any other needs! We have had a great experience working with Black Lion in the 7 years we’ve been with them! From the initial estimate to the overall work and running of the AC system, they have been professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We have been using Black Lion for years and have recommended them to all our friends and family. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most importantly, they are trustworthy. After a couple of years of maintaining our ancient heat pump, we realized we needed a new unit. They have been so helpful to keep it going and then replace it right before it would have died on us.
