The most valuable thing in a review, to me, is not whether a company is perfect, but how they handle a mistake when one happens.
I originally left a 1-star review because of a problem with my electronic air cleaner. Since then, Black Lion took responsibility, corrected the issue fairly, and made things right. Because of that, I have amended my review to 5 stars.
I have been a Black Lion customer for over a decade, and this experience reminded me why that matters. Mistakes can happen, but standing behind the customer is what earns trust. Black Lion did that here, and I appreciate it.

From the start with Tony, our sales rep, to the installation team with Jamie and his work partner and the electrician, sorry I can’t recall their names. They all were very professional and the installation went smoothly. Out with the old and in with the new. One day with no problems.
