Lots of service providers, particularly the large ones in the Seattle area are highly untrustworthy to say the best. Black lion is the opposite. They’re honest, provide really solid quotes on their work and all staff are exceptionally skilled professionals. I have ducted heat pump system that they built for me and they went above and beyond and constructing the system.

Jesus was on time, put down a rug to protect the floors and did an excellent job servicing the gas fireplace. Even showed me a video with his testing tool at 0 for carbon monoxide. A great job well done!

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with Black Lion ever since they installed an AC unit for my house years ago. Since then, I have had Chance in electrical out for several jobs, as well. Today, Cole came out to service my furnace and AC unit. He was on time, had great communication and fast service. Thank you!

I've been using Black Lion, since 2017. After the recent storm and power outage our furnace went out. Unfortunately, this happened on a Friday night. I called them on Saturday and didn't hear back, so I called Chance who helped us install our electrical panel. He informed me the office was closed which I didn't realize. He was off that day and called his GM and he called several technicians who were off, but no one was available. Chance went above beyond to help me even though it wasn't his area of expertise. Black Lion reached out via email with an appointment for Monday. Jesus came out and diagnosed the issue. He took pictures and thoroughly explained what was happening. He ordered the part and came back the next day to repair our furnace.
I have also reached out to Angel via phone and email and he is always responsive and helpful.
