Great service and thorough documentation.

Taylor was polite, quick, and very informative.

Taylor was here to fix our AC unit and maintenance on the furnace. He was on-time, professional, so polite, explained everything he found in detail and with pictures. Honestly, it was the best service experiences I have had!

Taylor was thorough and efficient for a regular maintenance check. He addressed a problem with the system quickly and had great communication throughout the visit. Highly recommend Taylor for future maintenance needs.

Taylor made an immediate great impression with his professionalism and courtesy. His real time update allowed us to fix what was needed same day vs. needing to reschedule. He also took the time to explain the inspection performed with right balance of information, and what I can expect post service. All around great experience from beginning to end. These folks under-bid everyone else by a significant amount. Many of the local AC installers have wait lists that are months long. They were able to get to us much more quickly than everyone else. Although we were not in a hurry on the install, the work was performed quickly after we signed the bid, even though I'd had to wait a few months to get other bids in before making our decision. They answered my questions quickly and completely.

Update 8/8/25: We’ve used Black Lion 4 more times, for annual equipment service and are satisfied with the technicians and price. They offer a lot of electrical services as well which is awesome since it’s often difficult to find electricians right now.

Black Lion originally installed my furnace. They provide regular annual maintenance for the unit. Brad came to do this yesterday. He was professional. He did a thorough check of the unit and system performance. He helped me decide on an alternate return filter to purchase since they stopped making the one Black Lion had originally recommended for my system. I am a very satisfied customer.
Update - 8/4/2025 - Jesus from Black Lion came out and diagnosed a failed thermostat and replaced it and set it up and showed me how to use it. Excellent job!

I’ve been using Black Lion for my annual services and emergency services and they have always been great. Today, Taylor came out and outperformed them all. He went above and beyond to do some cleanup on a drain while servicing the AC, took time to thoroughly document and explain everything he did and did everything with a smile! Taylor was professional, clean, efficient, and a pleasure to have in the home. Black Lion, keep Taylor around!!!

Overall very positive experience. We previously contacted Adam several years back, however never had the chance to actually contract the work. I reached back out to Adam this year, and he still remembered the past discussion. There were some complexities as the installation was in a high rise condo. Adam however was available all hours (late nite text responses) all days (weekends!) to discuss design/aesthetics/and optimal unit placement. We were finally able to agree on a design after a few weeks. Team came and completed the install in one day. Overall great experience, highly recommended!

Taylor came and worked on our house. He did a tremendous job and was very professional.

Black Lion installed a new heat pump for us recently and we can't be happier with their work! The crew arrived early and was able to complete the installation in a single day. They left the work area clean after they were done and made sure we were informed of what they did and how to use the new system.

A couple days later we noticed that there seemed to be a rumble coming from the unit that was reverberating through the house. After mentioning this to Black Lion they quickly had a tech come out to investigate and remedy the matter free of charge. We'll certainly use them again for future HVAC and electrical needs.

Jesus came to fix the igniter of my fireplace. He was super efficient in the repair, and very helpful in answering my questions about the fireplace. Wonderful service!
